Ok, first I have stumbled through Facebook, now the blog is beginning. There is much to tell but to begin with our drinking water is at risk! Fracking, injection well contaminatin, drilling, impropoer disposing all contribute to destroying our drinking and surface water. The consequences to the drinking water will not only affect local residences but throughout many areas in Acadiana.
Within the local vicinity approximately 4000 residents face issues of natural gas emissions or even worse explosion. The residents are within a one mile radius of the caverns and plant.
This is merely the beginning, a brief introduction to bring forth discussion.
